Section C. 18 – Raffle Rules 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery

Main Ticket and Draw Information:

  1. The 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery main ticket prices are a Single ticket is $100, 3-Pack price is $200, 6-Pack price is $325 and a 12-Pack price is $525. Only 86,600 tickets will be sold.
  2. Total retail value of prizes is $2,267,694.86 (excluding taxes) for the Main Lottery.
  3. All persons participating in the 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  4. All draws will be at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Ave., Winnipeg, MB.
  5. The Winter Bonus cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Thursday, January 29, 2026, at midnight. The Winter Bonus draws will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
  6. The Ultimate Bonus cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Thursday, February 12, 2026, at midnight. The Ultimate Bonus draws will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
  7. The Early Bird cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Thursday, March 5, 2026, at midnight. The Early Bird draws will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
  8. The Final main ticket sales cutoff for all remaining prizes will be Thursday, March 19, 2026, at midnight. All remaining main prize draws will begin on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m. and continue until completed. These draws will be in order of ascending retail value.
  9. The Grand Prize cutoff date for ticket sales will be Thursday, March 19, 2026, at midnight. The Grand Prize draw will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
  10. In the event the 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery sells out prior to midnight, Thursday, March 5, 2026, the following alternative draw dates will be used except for the Winter Bonus, the Ultimate Bonus and the Early Bird draws as noted above. All remaining main prize draws excluding the Grand Prize draw will take place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, starting at 10:30 a.m. and continue until completed. These draws will be in order of ascending retail value. The Grand Prize draw will take place on Thursday March 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
  11. The winners of the Winter Bonus Draw 1 and the Winter Shop Draws 2–5 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
  12. The winners of the Ultimate Bonus Draw 6, the Ultimate Shop Draws 7-14 and the Ultimate World Cup Experience Draw 15 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winners for the cash option value.
  13. The winners of Early Bird Draws 16-42 will have up to 12:00 pm on Friday, March 27, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
  14. Winners of the Gift Card or Cash option prizes Draws 43-2042 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026, to make their selection. If notification has not been given to the Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winners for the cash option value.
  15. The winners of draws 2043-2048 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winners for the cash option value.
  16. Destination Travel Vouchers from Fareconnect.com are for travel from Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. For Travel vouchers worth less than $50,000, the full value must be booked and used within 24 weeks of prize selection. For Travel Vouchers worth more than $50,000 the full value must be booked and used within 52 weeks of prize selection. In the event travel is not possible, the cash option value will be provided to the winner. Travel insurance is included in the value of the voucher. Additional costs over the prize value are the responsibility of the winner.

Grand Prize Rules

  1. The Grand Prize winner will have until 12:00 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. In the event that the winner cannot be reached or does not indicate their selection to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation prior to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026, the cash option will be awarded. In the event the 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery sells out prior to midnight, Thursday, March 5, 2026, the Grand Prize winner will have until 12:00 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. In the event that the winner cannot be reached or does not indicate their selection to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation prior to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026, the cash option will be awarded. The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and email address provided on their order form.
  2. Title transfer for Grand Prize Option 1 the Hearth Homes home to be built at 34 Karschuk Bay in Winnipeg, MB would be on April 1, 2027; for Grand Prize Option 2 the KDR Homes home to be built at 11 Stonewalk Place in Winnipeg, MB would be on April 1, 2027; for Grand Prize Option 3 the Signature Homes home to be built at 9 Crocus Lane in West St. Paul, MB would be on April 1, 2027; for Grand Prize Option 4 the KDR Homes home is located at 93 Mill Rock Road in Winnipeg, MB would be on June 1, 2026 or sooner; and for Grand Prize Option 5 the BC townhome located at 102-3501 Seabluff Crescent in Victoria, BC would be on June 30, 2027 or sooner. Upon selection of Grand Prize 5 located at 102-3501 Seabluff Crescent in Victoria, BC the winner would be responsible for ongoing strata (maintenance) fees as owner of the town home.
  3. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. The Winner or Foundation is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.
  4. If the Grand Prize winner chooses one of the homes as the Grand Prize option, the Land Transfer Tax and the costs of transferring the home to the winner would be borne by the Foundation.

50/50 PLUS™ Ticket and Draw Information:

  1. 50/50 Plus™ tickets prices are a 10-Pack for $25, 30-Pack for $50, 60-Pack for $75 and 100-Pack for $100. The 50/50 Plus™ jackpot will begin at $400,000 with a minimum prize guarantee of $200,000. Jackpot winner will receive 50% of the gross revenue or the minimum guarantee of $200,000, whichever is higher. In addition to the jackpot draw, 60 additional draws for $500 each will take place throughout the lottery program. See details below.
  2. 50/50 Plus™ tickets can only be purchased if a 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery main ticket has been purchased.
  3. Once 50/50 Plus™ tickets have been purchased, they will be eligible for all subsequent draws within the indicated 50/50 Plus™ timeframe. The 50/50 Plus™ raffle will include the major jackpot draw as well as additional bonus draws outlined below under rules 24 to 27.
  4. The 50/50 Plus™ Winter draws will have 20 winners of $500 each.
    1. The 50/50 Plus™ Winter draws cut off for ticket sales will be Thursday, January 29, 2026, at midnight. The 50/50 Plus™ Winter draws will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10:10 a.m.
  5. The 50/50 Plus™ Ultimate draws will have 20 winners of $500 each.
    1. The 50/50 Plus™ Ultimate draws cut off for ticket sales will be Thursday, February 12, 2026, at midnight. The 50/50 Plus™ Ultimate draws will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 10:10 a.m.
  6. The 50/50 Plus™ Early Bird draws will have 20 winners of $500 each.
    1. The 50/50 Plus™ Early Bird draws cut off for ticket sales will be Thursday, March 5, 2026, at midnight. The 50/50 Plus™ Early Bird draws will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 10:10 a.m.
  7. The 50/50 Plus™ Jackpot is 50% of the gross revenue which will include total tickets sold for the 50/50 Plus™ or the minimum guarantee of $200,000, whichever is higher.
    1. The 50/50 Plus™ Jackpot draw cut off for ticket sales will be midnight, Thursday, March 19, 2026, or earlier if Main tickets are sold out. The 50/50 Plus™ Jackpot draw will take place Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
  8. In the event that the 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery Main tickets sell out before midnight, Thursday, March 5, 2026, the draw for the 50/50 Plus™ Jackpot draw will take place on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Big Score Plus™ Ticket and Draw Information:

  1. Big Score Plus™ ticket prices are a 10-Pack for $25, 30-Pack for $50, 60-Pack for $75 and 100-Pack for $100. A maximum of 1,425,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets purchased will be eligible for all 70 draws in the Big Score Plus™.
  2. Total retail value of the Big Score Plus™ prizes is $180,000 (excluding taxes).
  3. The Big Score Plus™ tickets can only be purchased if a 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery main ticket has been purchased.
  4. The Big Score Plus™ ticket sales cut off is midnight, Thursday, March 19, 2026, or earlier if the Main lottery tickets sell out. All Big Score Plus™ draws will take place on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, starting at 11:00 a.m. There will be a total of 60 regular prizes awarded plus 10 Big Score Plus Final Draws. Winners’ names will be posted on the 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery website www.stbmegamillionchoices.ca.
  5. In the event that the 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery Main tickets sell out before midnight, Thursday, March 5, 2026, all draws for the Big Score Plus™ will take place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, starting at 11:00 a.m.
  6. There are 60 Big Score Plus Regular Winners of $1,000 Cash each.
  7. There are 10 Big Score Plus Final Winners of $12,000 Cash each.

Other Rules:

  1. All draws will be at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Ave., Winnipeg, MB.
  2. The 50/50 Plus™ and Big Score Plus™ tickets are available for purchase by any main ticket purchaser throughout the program. The addition of 50/50 Plus™ and/or Big Score Plus™ tickets will only be accepted online at purchase.stbmegamillionchoices.ca/top-up or by phone at 1-855-256-7203 after the initial purchase and must be purchased by the ticket deadline. All purchasers will require their initial order number and postal code to add additional 50/50 Plus™ and Big Score Plus™ ticket(s) to their original order. Additional purchases will be in the name of the original ticket purchaser and will be mailed to the address on the original purchase.
  3. All draws will be made using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
  4. Each ticket purchase is issued in only one person’s name and prizes will be issued only to the name of the person on the ticket. The person whose name is on the ticket is responsible for distributing any prizes in the event of a group purchase winning. All ticket packs are considered a single purchase and all tickets are issued in one person’s name.
  5. Each winner, as a condition of accepting any prize, may be required to sign a declaration and release confirming such winner’s eligibility to participate in the 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery and releasing the Foundation from all claims, which may arise from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded.
  6. Tickets can only be purchased within the Province of MB. All non-residents must purchase tickets in-person at one of the ticket sale locations.
  7. Once the 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery tickets are purchased, they are non-transferable and non-refundable once the draw commences.
  8. Ticket requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  9. All payments must be made in Canadian dollars.
  10. A ticket is not considered purchased until a verified financial transaction is complete. Ticket requests with cheques returned for insufficient funds (NSF) will be automatically voided. The Foundation has the right to charge persons $30 to cover NSF administrative costs.
  11. A complete list of all winners will be published online at www.stbmegamillionchoices.ca within 5 days after the final Grand Prize draw has been completed. Upon request to the Foundation office a listing of winners will be provided.
  12. All prizes are tax-free. The 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery ticket purchases are not tax deductible and no charitable donations receipts will be issued, as per Canada Revenue Agency regulations.
  13. The Foundation reserves the right to use winners’ names and photos in communication, promotional and media materials.
  14. Members of the Board of Directors and employees of the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation, employees’ household members, and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this lottery are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the 2026 Mega Million Choices Lottery.
  15. All unclaimed prizes become property of the Foundation 90 days after the draw has been performed unless otherwise specified in these rules. We will notify winners by mail and/or by email followed by one telephone call.
  16. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the email and postal address(s) on their ticket is correct.
  17. Each ticket is eligible to win one prize in each prize category. A Prize category is defined as each group of identical prizes on the official list of prizes. After each prize category draw is completed, all tickets go back in the draw for the next prize category draws.
  18. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Some restrictions may apply.
  19. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in any advertising.
  20. Prizes are subject to manufacturer availability, if the selected model is not available a similar model of equal or greater value will be provided. Delivery of the above vehicles may take up to 12 months, due to manufacturing limitation.
  21. All winners will be contacted using the information provided on the ticket at the time of purchase.
  22. The Foundation’s ticket sellers reserve the right to refuse purchasers if their safety feels compromised.
  23. All ticket holders have the right to witness the draws. In the event we are forced to move our regular location of the draws, a notice will be provided on our website prior to the applicable draw(s).
  24. All main prize draws will be drawn in order of ascending retail value.
  25. Winners are required to present photo identification in order to claim their prizes valued in excess of $30,000.
  26. Unless otherwise stated in the raffle rules, winners will have 14 days from the date notifying them of their prize options to make their selection. See full raffle rules for details.
  27. The liability of the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation is limited to the ticket pack price paid in the event that a ticket pack is purchased but not processed or entered into the draw.
